PROTOTYPE FACULTY FELLOWS
PROTOTYPE Faculty Fellows are UNCG faculty members who engage in interdisciplinary teaching, creative research, and community-based work. Fellows receive priority access to the Tannenbaum Center’s spaces and technologies to support innovative projects, scholarship, and creative exploration. Through ongoing collaboration with fellow cohort members and a series of free public programs, they share their work, foster dialogue, and connect campus and community through learning, creativity, and discovery.
PROTOTYPE Programs

Show Your Work
PROTOTYPE Faculty Fellows show their work by sharing works-in-progress born from interdisciplinary collaboration and creative research. Through candid conversations about their creative process, fellows offer insights into how ideas evolve, invite feedback from the community, and explore the discoveries, challenges, and unexpected turns that help shape new work.
Join the conversation and become part of the journey from concept to creation.

Open Classroom
PROTOTYPE Faculty Fellows open their classes to the public, welcoming campus and community members into spaces of exploration and discovery. Curious about what happens in a UNCG classroom? Whether you’re a lifelong learner, alum, prospective student, or first-time visitor, these sessions offer a chance to engage with new ideas, connect with faculty and students, and experience learning in action at the Tannenbaum Center.
Join us, sit in on a class, and be part of the conversations that inspire learning across disciplines.
